When starting the electroplating spin dryer, must the centrifugal clutch be used for delayed start-up?
1. The load of the electroplating spin dryer is very high. If delayed start is not used, the screen filled with materials will start instantly, causing great damage to the motor and even burning it out;

3. If the braking device fails or the braking time is too long, we should first check whether the brake joint screws are loose, and then check the wear of the tape and take corresponding measures;
4. The drain pipe is blocked. Check if there is anything blocking in the water pipe and clean it up;
5. The bearing seat is heating up. Check if there is a problem with the lubrication and add some lubricating oil to fix it
The main component of the electroplating spin dryer is the inner liner, which is surrounded by small holes. The clothes to be dehydrated are placed in the inner liner. The electric motor of the electroplating spin dryer drives the inner container to rotate at high speed through a belt. So a large centrifugal force is generated, and the water is thrown out through the small holes on the inner liner, collected and uniformly discharged. Generally speaking, for damp clothing, the drying effect achieved by a two-minute electroplating spin dryer is similar to that achieved by a twenty minute dryer. However, electroplating spin dryers cannot completely dry clothing. So, one way to save time and energy is to dehydrate damp clothes first, and then dry them after dehydration.
