1. Overloaded use

3. Poor lubrication
Most of the time, we recommend that each user add lubricating oil to the bearings of the electroplating spin dryer after a certain period of time to ensure smooth and stable operation of the bearings. Once there is a lack of oil, the corresponding friction force will increase, and the probability of heating and overheating will also be higher.
4. Poor bearing quality
For some electroplating spin dryers that are equipped with low-priced bearings to save costs, due to poor quality and non authenticity of the bearings, they may generate bearing heating, scalding, and other phenomena such as bearing burnout. For such cases, we recommend that users choose authentic (imported) bearings for replacement.
